7PM at The Anchor Bar in the Village at Leesburg (1609 Village Market Blvd SE, Leesburg, VA 20175).  Meeting will start at 7PM and dinner will follow at ~8PM.  The Boosters Club will pay for food and non-alcoholic drinks for all members who attend the meeting.
